I have over 10 years’ experience working with Veterans and military populations through the Department of Veterans Affairs. I did my clinical internship and postdoctoral training at the Ralph H. Johnson VA Health Care System in Charleston, South Carolina, where I went on to work as a full time psychologist and researcher from 2011-2022. I also spent 3 years working as the Director of the PTSD specialty clinic at the Charleston VA. Additionally, I held a research assistant professor position in the Military Sciences Division of the Psychiatry Department at the Medical University of South Carolina from 2016-2023.

When I’m not at work you can find me with my husband and our 2 kids (ages 6 and 3), hiking on our local greenway, paddling on the lake, playing chase in the rain, or bumping a volleyball in the backyard.
